👨⚕️ Meet Dr Christian Wangel
Dr Christian graduated from the 🎓 University of Adelaide and has a special interest in Geriatrics and Skin Surgery. He consults at our clinic on Friday afternoons, spending the rest of his week caring for residents in nursing homes 🏥.
Outside of medicine, Christian enjoys 🎸 playing guitar (though he insists he’s not quite a rockstar yet!), 🏒 ice hockey, and ⛵ sailing.

Arkaba Medical Centre Hosts Endometriosis Imaging Education Session with Dr Sarah Faithfull
On 5 August 2026, Arkaba Medical Centre welcomed Dr Sarah Faithfull, radiologist at Radiology SA, for a continuing education session for our general practitioners. Dr Faithfull, whose subspecialty interests include pelvic MRI, oncology and breast imaging, presented on endometriosis for the GP specialist, covering the role of medical imaging in diagnosis, staging, surgical planning and ongoing monitoring.
The session reflects Arkaba Medical Centre`s commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring our clinicians stay current with gold-standard practices and emerging trends in patient care. Our doctors and management extend sincere thanks to Dr Faithfull for generously sharing her time and expertise, and we gratefully acknowledge Radiology SA for its ongoing support of clinical education in the community.

After graduating from Flinders University, Dr Li completed her hospital training across a number of leading hospitals in Adelaide, including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre and the Women and Children’s Hospital, as well as gaining additional experience in Melbourne.
Dr Li enjoys all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in:
