In light of the new restrictions, the Arkaba Medical Centre will be moving to Telehealth Only appointments between Thursday, 19th November and Thursday, 26th November.
To be eligible for a Telehealth consult, current Medicare guidelines require the patient to have been seen at the Arkaba Medical Centre in clinic within the previous 12 months.
If you have a current appointment booked between 19th November and 26th November, you may be contacted by one of our staff to make other arrangements.
We will be accepting patients in clinic on a case-by-case basis, providing that epidemiology criteria is met.
Please note that we will have limited availability for new patients until restrictions are eased. We will be reassessing the situation after this period.
These new restrictions, while difficult, are important in stopping the spread of Covid-19.
