Dr. Alison George

MBBS, FRACGP, Dip RACOG

Dr George is not currently accepting new general practice patients.

Approachable and warm, Dr Alison George has built her career around supporting women and families through every stage of life and counts this as a privilege. She is a Fellow of the RACGP and holds a Diploma of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, reflecting additional specialist training in pregnancy and women’s health.

Alison has been a part of the Arkaba Team for many years and places a high value on the history of the Clinic and the way we aim to practice Medicine here. “I am grateful to all the mentors I have had, and to our younger incoming Doctors who keep the more mature members of the Team fresh.”

Alison provides Shared Antenatal Care in partnership with local maternity hospitals, performs a range of minor surgical procedures, and offers compassionate, holistic support for patients experiencing mental health concerns.
