Dr. Christopher Le
MBBS, FRACGP
Chris graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2016 and completed his fellowship exams for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in late 2022.
Chris is passionate about helping people manage chronic conditions through lifestyle modifications and education. He is particularly interested in men’s health, general medicine, respiratory conditions, endocrinology, and applying evidence-based approaches. Chris’s experience spans across respiratory, general medicine, and endocrinology, bolstered by 2 years of basic physician training prior to his general practice career, where he honed expertise in medical diagnosis, treatments, and evidence-based medicine principles. Currently, he is undertaking certification with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) and will soon be an ASLM-accredited doctor.
Lifestyle medicine emphasises evidence-based interventions using six pillars—nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, substance avoidance, and social connections—to prevent, treat, and reverse chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. It empowers patients through sustainable behavioural changes rather than relying solely on medications.
Chris’s hobbies of running and cycling align perfectly with these principles, keeping him active and healthy while modelling the lifestyle he advocates for his patients.
