Housing & Community Support
The COVID-19 Information line can provide assistance and information regarding self-quarantine, and assist with emergency accommodation for those required to self-isolate but are unable to do so at home.
This service is available 7 days a week, 8:00am to 8:00pm.
COVID-19 Mental Health Support Network

The COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line is operated by mental health counsellors who can provide counselling over the phone or video-link. Established as a result of the distress and mental strain of the COVID-19 pandemic, including for those who have suffered as a result of social distancing, isolation and general anxiety. The service is available 7 days a week, 8:00am to 8:00pm, including public holidays.

This service can help provide advice and reassurance when you're not sure what to do - whether you should seek emergency assistance, visit your GP, or manage the condition at home. The HealthDirect website also features a symptom checker which provides similar advice on what to do.

Phone counselling services for children, adolescents and young adults aged 5 - 25. The website also provides resources for parents.
Red Cross Telecross

Telecross assists vulnerable and isolated patients by facilitating daily phone calls to ensure that the patient is safe and well. If the phone call goes unanswered Red Cross will take action to make sure the patient is ok. This service can be used temporarily, for example, if family members will be away or if the patient has recently been discharged from hospital.
